Photography Competition Rules & Regulations
1. General Eligibility
- The competition is open to all photographers, both professionals and amateurs, regardless of experience level.
- By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they are the sole copyright owner of the submitted work and bear full responsibility for any intellectual property violations.
2. Submission Guidelines
- Accepted format: High-quality JPG/JPEG (minimum 1000 pixels on the longest side).
- File size: Maximum 3 MB per image.
- Editing: Basic adjustments (color correction, cropping, exposure) are permitted. Digital composites (photomanipulation) or added elements are only allowed if explicitly stated in the competition theme.
- Entry limit: Each participant may submit up to 1 photos per competition cycle.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
- Participants retain full ownership of their submitted works.
- By entering, participants grant the website the right to display their images (with credit) in promotional materials, virtual exhibitions, and competition-related content.
- For commercial use of winning entries, a separate agreement will be made with the photographer.
4. Judging Criteria & Selection
- Evaluation criteria: Creativity, composition, originality, and relevance to the competition theme.
- Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
- Final results will be announced within 4 days after the submission deadline.
5. Prizes & Recognition
- Prizes may include certificates, online gallery features, magazine, cash awards, or special perks.
- Winners’ names and works will be published on the competition website and official social media channels.
6. Disqualification & Violations
- Entries containing unethical, political, or offensive content will be removed.
- Violations (e.g., plagiarism, excessive manipulation) will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Additional Terms
- The organizer reserves the right to modify rules with prior public notice.
- Participation implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
